Gijang Imrang Wellness Tourism Festival

The “2026 Imrang Wellness Tourism Festival” is a participatory tourism festival that leverages the marine environment of Imrang Beach to offer visitors a combined experience of physical activity, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The event is designed to allow visitors to actively participate in and experience a variety of wellness activities through yoga, running, beach walks, meditation and breathing exercises, programs combining music and movement, as well as wellness talks and hands-on workshops. During the pre-festival event and the main festival, both active programs and relaxation and recovery programs will be held against the backdrop of Imrang’s ocean and beach, allowing participants to choose programs based on their physical condition and interests. Rather than merely offering performances or one-time experiences, the festival presents diverse approaches to wellness tourism that utilize marine resources by connecting movement, breathing, rest, and sensory experiences within the natural environment.
