Seoul Silver Grass Festival

The Seoul Silver Grass Festival, held in the Haneul Park (World Cup Park) area since 2002, marks its 25th anniversary this year. It is a premier autumn eco-cultural festival held under the theme “Silver Grass: Comfort from Nature.” As Seoul’s premier fall festival, attracting some 700,000 visitors annually and offering a chance to experience the autumn charm of silver grass, the event features a variety of activities, including a lighting show where music and colorful lights blend with the silver grass, a “Garden of the Five Senses,” and hands-on workshops such as silver grass bouquet-making, as well as a resource recycling market and cultural performances like street busking. Notably, a new resource recycling market is scheduled to open this year, and visitors can also admire the silver grass, pampas grass, and the preserved gardens from the International Garden Expo located within Sky Park.
