The 2026 Nowon Outdoor Library “Romance Guaranteed” is a reading culture event that brings together books, reading, and cultural programs in an outdoor setting under the theme “In the Age of AI, It’s Ultimately About People.” In an environment where artificial intelligence and algorithms are widely used in daily life, the event focuses on fostering human connections and communication through books. The event venue features an outdoor bookshelf where visitors can browse books selected by librarians, along with relaxation areas equipped with beanbag chairs and camping chairs for outdoor reading. Throughout the event, visitors are free to read books in the outdoor space, and cultural programs centered on books and people—such as book concerts and humanities lectures—are held. This outdoor library event brings together book exhibitions, reading spaces, performances, and lecture programs within a single venue, allowing citizens to engage with books and culture in a variety of ways.
