Paju-Kaesong Ginseng Festival

The Paju Kaesong Ginseng Festival will feature a themed street based on the slogan “DMZ Kaesong Ginseng: A Magical Source of Energy,” offering a variety of attractions, food, and entertainment. The “Fun (Attractions)” section will feature a variety of entertainment, including the National Jangdan-Sambaek Cuisine Competition with over 20 participating teams, busking and stage performances, and exhibition halls, along with a promotional booth for information sharing and communication. The “Delicious” (Food) section will operate direct-sales booths throughout the festival so that all visitors can purchase high-quality fresh ginseng, in keeping with the festival’s original purpose. The “Together” (Activities) section will feature free and paid hands-on programs suitable for all ages, as well as a ginseng auction.
