Donggang Doomchit is a nature lifestyle festival held on the Donggang riverside, where young people of Yeongwol and local brands gather to mark Yeongwol-gun Youth Day 2026. Donggang Garden offers time to read and rest in nature, while the Youth Market brings together Yeongwol's young brands and lifestyle goods. Donggang Gourmet Club introduces food and drinks made with Yeongwol ingredients and local produce, and Keungol Radio runs a program connecting the county's radio culture and local stories through listeners' letters, interviews and music. There are participatory programs including Son Eco birdwatching, Mindful, hula dance and caricatures, along with performances by Byun Sun-hee, Seoul Bossa Society, Sswat Nolla, Yozoh, D-ade, Soran and Jazzy Samrim. Through a flow of reading, browsing, eating, resting, listening and 'doomchit' dancing, the festival brings Yeongwol's nature, young people, culture and food together into a single day.
