The 2026 Jinan Highland Forestival is a forest culture event held from October 10 to 11, 2026 around the Jinan Highland National Forest Therapy Center. It is hosted by the Korea Forest Service, Jeonbuk and Jinan-gun, and organised by the Jinan Highland National Forest Therapy Center and the Jeonbuk Culture and Tourism Foundation. The programme is non-competitive trail running in 16K and 6K categories. The 16K course is 16.9 km with cumulative ascent of 1,071 m or more and a six-hour time limit; the 6K course is 6 km with cumulative ascent of 315 m or more and a three-hour limit. Along with trail running, participants join forest therapy, forest culture activities, a local market and hands-on programmes. Entry is planned for 500 people on each of the two days.
