Held under the slogan of puppetry that connects the city and its people, a cultural festival everyone makes together with Jeonju's streets as the stage, the 6th Jeonju Street Puppet Festival is a distinctive arts festival that uses puppetry as its medium to give children and families, residents and visitors a different kind of enjoyment and a special chance to take part in culture. Held at the Omokdae Traditional Garden in Jeonju Hanok Village and the Puppet Theatre Experience Center, it offers visitors to the Hanok Village puppet performances and hands-on programmes as Korean cultural tourism content for children.
