From September 12 to October 5, 2026, a flower festa is held on Jarasum Island in Gapyeong. Autumn flowers in every color can be enjoyed on site, with busking and performances by local artists on weekends and public holidays. There are hands-on programs for children such as balloon art, along with booths selling local produce and snacks. Of the 7,000 won entry fee, 5,000 won is refunded as local currency, usable at the booths on site as well as at restaurants and cafes in the county. Boat trips take in the beautiful waterside scenery of the Bukhangang River, and electric vehicles run back and forth from the entrance of Jarasum to near the venue, making the visit more convenient. Flower Festa ticket holders also receive discounts at major attractions and businesses.
