The Naju Yeongsangang River Festival is Naju's signature autumn festival, held for five days from October 7 to 11 around Yeongsangang Garden. Against the broad river and beautiful gardens, it is a gathering where Naju's history, culture and tourism resources can be met in one place. The festival offers spectacular performances, citizen participation programs, hands-on events for the whole family and a wide range of food for tasting Naju. By day you can enjoy the ease of an autumn garden and lively programs; by night, the illuminated evening landscape and spirited performances — a festival made for staying a while. Residents and visitors mingle to make special memories, while the festival shares the ecological value of the river and Naju's own appeal.
